Cambodia’s Largest Integrated Dairy Farm Breaks Ground in Pursat
Veal Veng, Pursat Province • August 5, 2026
A joint venture between Sonavith Co., Ltd., Farm Fresh Berhad (Malaysia), and Alpha Group, operating as FARM FRESH (PURSAT) CO., LTD.
For the first time, Cambodia will have an integrated dairy farm on this scale. On August 5, 2026, Sonavith Company signed a land lease agreement with the Pursat Provincial Administration to develop the project in Veal Veng district — bringing together an integrated dairy farm and processing factory built to serve the country and the region.
Khoy Rida, Governor of Pursat Province, said the investment gives the province “the largest dairy farm in Cambodia, providing employment opportunities for the people and a new face for Cambodia.” Sok Chansona, Chairwoman of Sonavith Co., Ltd., confirmed the joint venture represents a total capital of US$68 million across the farm and factory.
Through this large investment, the province will have the largest dairy farm in Cambodia, providing employment opportunities for the people and a new face for Cambodia.
With the efforts of encouraging and attracting investors from the government, Sonavith Company has made efforts to find partners to cooperate in establishing farms and factories in the province.
As one of the major Southeast Asian dairy farm producers, our presence in Pursat province will bring the province’s reputation to the Cambodian people, the region, and the world.
